Apartments:

*Exchange rate: 1US$ = $500.-Chilean pesos (Referential Rate)

Rates include:

• Room service from Monday to Friday, Local telephone, Wi-Fi Internet, safety deposit box, LCD television with cable T.V. and parking.
• 19 % tax (IVA) not included.
• Non resident foreigners are exempt from paying IVA.

Methods of Payment:

• Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners.
• Red Compra (local debit card)
• Cash: Chilean pesos and American dollars

Cancellation of Reservation Policies:
The first night reservation must be paid in advance and is non refundable. Cancellation of reservations must be made 72 hours in advance of your first night stay or the first two nights will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your first night stay, then the first three nights will be charged. No refund of advance payments.

MONTHLY RATES:
We offer special rates for extended stays of more than one month. Our comfortable apartments are fully equipped and include services. Please request your requirement and we shall promptly send our special rate and rental policies.
